Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders will be processed within 1-5 working days after order receipt. If you place an order during a promotion, please be aware that there may be delays due to larger order quantities. Order processing times are Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Shipping time is calculated after order is processed. All next day air freight orders must be submitted by 11am upstream time for same day shipping. If you need to quickly select a shipping option during checkout before your order is processed.

 

International Shipping

We ship Worldwide! All orders shipped outside of the United States are shipped via  DHL or USPS international.

All international orders are subject to additional shipping charges based on the end country's taxes, tariffs and duties. These fees are not associated with Satya Jewelry and are to be paid by the recipient. For more information on these fees, please contact DHL or refer to their FAQ's here:

POSSIBLE DELAYS

When the parcel reaches the destination country, it may be subject to customs delays due to standard clearance procedures of the receiving country. This is beyond the control of Satya Jewelry and any original shipping time estimates. 

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If you refuse a shipment from SovereignV, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us.

GIFTS

If the order is a gift, the cost of the item will still be included on the customs form. To prevent penalty by law we are required by customs authorities to declare the value of all parcels.
